Here at The Oxford Academy we believe that language learning should be relevant and useful in real life situations. Being able to speak a language introduces pupils to other places and cultures and helps them to understand and be passionate about the world around them.

We believe language learning provides enjoyment and opens pupils’ lives to many opportunities in their future. Pupils will enjoy many benefits such as being able to work in and travel to other countries. In a society where communication is key, it is vital that we enable students to have as many opportunities as possible to communicate.
