Developing as an Academy, we invest heavily in our staff with regular training programmes and courses, dedicated to professional development such as:

• National College Inspiring Leadership Programme
• Masters in Education
• National College Middle Leadership Development course
• Developing coaching skills
• Lead practitioner programmes
• Early Years OCL programmes
• Induction programme for all new teachers
• Performance management procedures

We also offer programmes of suppoprt which include:

• Weekly one to one coaching sessions
• Visits to specialist schools
• Lesson plan advice and support
• Continuing Professional Development courses off site
