Leadership Centre 

The Leadership Centre is more than just a resource space at The Oxford Academy. It is about a practice and philosophy of delivering leadership development opportunities which takes forward the best of what we already have together with a passion and commitment to improve. The Academy’s immediate aim is to build the leadership capacity of our community of staff and continue to improve the leadership of learning. We are currently involved in a number of exciting initiatives including The National College Inspiring Leadership and Middle Leadership Development Programmes, offering Masters Degrees via Oxford Brookes University and working with our own Lead Practitioners in the Academy.
