French trip

From 22 - 24 June 53 students spent three days visiting central Paris and Eurodisney.  Leaving at 01:00 we travelled through the night arriving in central Paris at lunchtime.  Having caught up with a little sleep en route we visited the Eiffel Tower and took a boat trip along the Seine.  We stayed at the Campanile Hotel in Torcy near to Eurodisney.  On Thursday we spent a full day in the Disney resort: Disneyland Paris and Disney Studios followed by dinner at Planet Hollywood.  On Friday we travelled back to Calais, played on the beach and had a picnic followed by a visit to the Cité D’Europe,then Eurotunnel home.  It was a brilliant trip - every student was a pleasure to be with and a credit to the school.
